To support the launch of Snap Camera, I created an instructional motion piece designed to guide users through downloading and setting up the product. Using Snap’s bold yellow and black visual identity, I designed high-contrast motion graphics that visually led users step-by-step through the download process. The video contributed to an 80% increase in product downloads after launch and was also featured on Squawk Box on CNBC, helping amplify awareness of the product.

Campaign Motion

As part of Snap’s “Real Friends” campaign, I created motion graphics exploring the many forms friendship can take. The concept highlighted both unlikely pairings and perfect matches, reflecting Snap’s playful and expressive brand voice. The animations were designed to support a broader multimedia campaign across the app and external platforms, using bold visual storytelling to celebrate the unexpected connections that make friendships memorable.

I designed and developed an interactive augmented reality installation centered around the “Universal Gopher,” an original character I created and modeled in 3D. The character was later fabricated into a physical sculpture, which served as the anchor for a location-based AR experience that overlays directly onto the statue in real space.

The experience allowed users to explore playful interactive environments surrounding the gopher, complete with animated elements and a custom UI I designed that lets visitors switch between different themed worlds. The installation debuted at SPS 2023, where more than 5,000 attendees interacted with the experience both physically and through AR.
